Retreat Collaboration

Since 2017, I’ve served, co-hosted & co-created yoga and wellness retreats across Gozo (Malta) & Corsica — serving as an Ayurvedic cook, nutritionist, and space-holder. My food and presence are intentionally woven into the retreat flow—not as a service add-on, but as a core layer of healing and reconnection.

I collaborate with:

Together, we co-create immersive, soul-aligned retreat programs that integrate food, breath, body, and spirit.

My Food Philosophy

The food I prepare is:

  • Rooted in both ancient Ayurvedic principles and modern Gut Health Science
  • Plant-based, gluten-free, sugar-free, and alkaline-focused
  • Designed to reduce inflammation, acidity, and mental agitation

Each meal is crafted to support yoga, meditation, and emotional restoration—bringing energy back into the body and grounding scattered attention. This is not just detox. It’s a digestive reset, a return to self, and an invitation into deeper embodiment.

My Role on Retreat

I offer more than meals—I create a space of conscious nourishment.

During retreats, I:

  • Serve meals timed to support digestive rest and repair, and aligned to the retreat theme
  • Offer spoken guidance before, during, and after meals to enhance awareness
  • Engage guests in dialogue, answer questions, and hold space for reflection
  • Remain available throughout the retreat as a co-host for food-body-emotion integration
  • Provide pre-retreat reading material to support the guest’s food journey before arrival
  • Share my signature Ayurvedic blends, including “Happy Tummy” and a Homemade Digestive Chai

Mealtimes become part of the healing space—not an escape from it.

Catering Only (No Co-Hosting)

I also offer standalone catering for retreat spaces. In these cases:

  • You provide the schedule and context
  • I design and deliver a digestive-friendly, nourishing menu tailored to your group’s needs
  • Interaction with guests is optional, based on your request
  • A detailed intake questionnaire ensures every element supports your vision

I maintain plant-based menus as my foundation, but I understand that shorter retreats may require more transitional meals. Upon request, I am open to discussing needs and adapting.

Workshops & Social Food Experiences

In addition to retreats, I also host Group Cooking and Meal Events — these are ideal for:

  • Social & community gatherings

  • Team-building

  • Wellness workshops

  • Food education initiatives


These are hands-on, social, deeply engaging and tons of fun and deliciousness! Guests chop, prep, cook, and share together. I provide:

  • Guidance & live demonstrations

  • Educational guidance on gut health and food energetics

  • Printed materials: Information on Ayurveda & Food as Medicine, digestive tips, recipes, and gut-mind integration tools


Each session is a celebration of food as medicine, ritual, and relationship.
