Iโ€™ve spent decades moving through burnout, gut collapse, emotional eating, autoimmune illness, and survival mode.
I tried everythingโ€”from herbs to diets to spiritual programsโ€”but nothing worked until I stopped trying to fix myselfโ€ฆ and started listening.

My healing didnโ€™t come from a protocol. It came from a relationshipโ€”
With food.
With my gut.
With the emotions I spent a lifetime avoiding.

I now hold space for others who carry too much, feel deeply, and want to come home to their own bodyโ€”with gentleness, clarity, and food as a guide.
