Hi, my name is Philen

For years, I lived in cycles of burnout, gut issues,  emotional fatigue, auto-immune disorder and brain fog. I tried so many ‘fixes’, treatments — but nothing stuck. Because I didn’t need a trend or a ‘solution’ for my symptoms. I needed a system that worked with my whole body-mind-spirit to bring it into balance. That’s how I discovered the power of Ayurvedic Nutrition, Digestive Well-Being and a Consciously Cultivated  Lifestyle. It changed my life, and now I help others do the same, to bring more Joy, Balance & Wellness into their personal lives and Planet Earth.
